These Terms of Service govern your use of Animators (the "Service"), a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for AI-powered video and image generation, operated by Animators and available at videodopomin.com. The Service is self-service software: you create an account, choose a plan and generate content yourself through the user panel. Animators does not provide bespoke creative, agency or production services under these terms. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the user panel, you agree to these terms.
The Service is offered to businesses and organisations only. Registration requires a corporate email address on your own company domain; addresses from free email providers are not accepted. You confirm that you are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation and that you are at least 18 years old.
You receive a client code and a password. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication via Telegram in the Security section of the panel. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. Paddle handles payment collection, invoicing and applicable sales tax or VAT, and appears on your bank or card statement.
You enter a topic, brand details and optional reference material into the software. The software then generates a script, voiceover, visuals and a finished video or image post automatically, using artificial-intelligence models and our automated pipeline. Generation times shown in the panel are estimates, not guarantees. Because the output is produced by AI, results may vary between runs and may occasionally contain errors; you review the output before publishing it.
Each generated video includes a limited number of automated revisions, shown in the panel. A revision means regenerating a specific element of a scene, the title, the description or the hashtags. Once the revision limit is reached, approval and publishing continue without further changes.
Everything you upload or enter into the Service — your logo, brand colours, reference images, product photos, topics, texts, website content and company information — is User-Generated Content. You keep ownership of it and are responsible for having the rights to use it. You grant Animators a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process and use this User-Generated Content solely to operate the software, generate your output and provide support. The licence ends when the content is deleted from your account, except where we must retain it by law.
When a video or image post has been generated and the corresponding balance has been consumed, Animators grants you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive Licence to Use the output for your own commercial marketing, on any platform, without a time limit. You may not resell the output as a stand-alone product or present it as generated by another software provider. Third-party elements such as stock music remain subject to the licence of their original provider. You are responsible for the output you publish and for checking that it complies with the laws and platform rules that apply to you.
You may not use the Service to produce content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property, nor to impersonate a real person or organisation. We may refuse or remove any request that breaches this section and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and force majeure events may cause interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you about planned maintenance in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss of business opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, for a breach of these terms, or where required by law. On closure, your Licence to Use the output already generated remains in force.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the panel at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
