Videodopomin sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically, so no shipping cost, customs duty or delivery address is ever involved.
A paid package adds a monthly balance to your account: a number of video seconds and, where the package includes them, image posts. You spend that balance inside the customer panel whenever you want, on any of the available video styles.
Access is immediate. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the balance is added to your account automatically and a confirmation email is sent to the address registered on the account. This normally takes less than a minute and never more than one hour.
Sign in to the customer panel at videodopomin.com with your client code and password. New customers receive the client code by email right after registration. No software has to be installed and no licence key is issued.
The balance is delivered instantly; an individual video is produced after you order it in the panel. Most videos are ready within a few hours of being submitted. Longer formats and complex styles can take longer, and you can follow the status of every order in the panel at any time.
If the balance has not appeared within one hour of payment, or a video has not been produced within 24 hours of being submitted, contact us. We correct delivery problems at our own cost; where we cannot deliver, the Refund Policy applies.
The service is delivered online and is available worldwide, wherever access to it is lawful. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars, or in euros for customers in the eurozone.
